The system will provide seamless access to media contents and metadata for delivery to the regulatory authorities via Mediaproxy's leading edge Silverlight user interface. The 2RU LogServer will be deployed to record and live monitor a total of six channels. The highly reliable platform offers an efficient form factor and allows for easy expansion of up to 12 channels in a single unit, making it a very cost-effective solution that is already equipped to cover future channel upgrades without interrupting the existing installation.

LogServer eliminates time consuming handling of VHS tapes, copy and search and allows online retrieval of media in seconds by any authorised person, from almost any LAN or WAN location. LogServer also provides Grammy with confidence monitoring of program streams from multiple sites including real-time event indication, audio level monitoring and email notifications.

The system will be installed and supported by Mediaproxy's local integration partner Ideal Systems.
