7. Use of AI Systems
   1. We may, at our sole discretion, provide optional integration of the Product with third-party AI Systems. To enable such integration, you must contact us via email at mpsupport@mediaproxy.com. Where we agree to integration, you may connect to AI Systems through the Product either:
      1. using your own account and API key with the relevant AI provider; or
      2. through our account, subject to a separate agreement for additional services, to be scoped and priced by us.
   2. Where you access AI Systems through the Product:
      1. your use is subject to the third-party AI System provider's terms and conditions; and
      2. your queries and data may be transmitted to, processed by and used by the third-party provider, including to train, develop or improve their AI models in accordance with their terms.
   3. You represent and warrant that your use of any AI System will comply with all applicable laws and not infringe any third party rights, including privacy rights. You must not input personal information into any AI System without the necessary consents or permissions.
   4. You understand that we act only as an intermediary to facilitate access to third-party AI Systems, and we are not liable for the provision, accuracy, reliability or outputs of any third-party AI System.
   5. Despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you are liable for, and agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless in respect of any liability that we may suffer arising from or in connection with your use of any third party AI System, including where arising from your breach of any applicable law or third party rights.
